This policy explains how elektrosprey.com collects and processes personal data. It is prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it also describes your rights under the GDPR.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

To meet invoicing, accounting and statutory retention obligations — KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)

4. Cookies and measurement technologies

We use the following cookies and similar technologies:

Strictly necessary cookies — required for the session and for security. The es_dil cookie that remembers your language is in this group. The site cannot work without them.
Measurement and analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica. They record which pages are viewed, how long visits last and general usage trends.
Advertising and conversion — Google Ads and Meta Pixel. They measure whether our ads produce results and enable remarketing.

Important note on Enhanced Conversions: when you submit the form, your e-mail address and phone number are irreversibly hashed in your browser and sent to Google. Google uses this only to match an advertising conversion; the values are never sent in clear text. This processing relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may stop working.

5. Recipients and international transfers

To provide the service, your data is shared with:

Hosting: Amazon Web Services — our servers are in the Frankfurt / Germany region. Your form data is stored there.
Content delivery and security: Cloudflare
Measurement and advertising: Google (Ads, Analytics), Meta, Yandex
Competent public authorities — where legally required and to the extent permitted

Some of these transfers leave Türkiye. Because our servers are located in Germany, your form data is processed outside Türkiye. Measurement and advertising providers may also process data abroad. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK, relying on your explicit consent or on the other safeguards the law provides, including standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

Quotation and contact enquiries: 10 years after the commercial relationship ends (Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law retention periods)
Measurement and advertising data: typically 14–26 months, according to the relevant provider's policy
Server and traffic logs: 2 years under Turkish Law No. 5651

At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to:

confirm whether your data is processed, and obtain information about it
learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data is transferred
have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
have your data erased or destroyed, within the conditions set by the law
have corrections and erasures notified to the third parties concerned
object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that works against you
claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
