What buyers ask before the first enquiry.
How much does a powder coating line cost?
It comes down to three things: the internal dimensions of the oven (that is, your largest part), the heating type (gas or electric) and the hourly throughput. Send us those and you get a written offer with price, delivery time and delivery terms.
Are the machines CE compliant?
Yes. Our lines are built to CE and supplied with a declaration of conformity and technical documentation.
What temperature does the oven run at?
Our ovens operate between 80 and 250 °C. Powder curing is usually done at 180–200 °C. A PID controller keeps the temperature uniform, within ±3 °C.
Gas or electric?
For smaller parts and a few hours of work per day, an electric box oven is enough — simple installation, no gas connection. For continuous operation and large parts, a gas oven cuts running costs substantially.
How is delivery handled?
By truck from Istanbul. Delivery terms (to the border or to your factory), customs clearance and lead time are stated clearly in the offer. Import duties and taxes follow the legislation of your country — we recommend confirming them with your forwarder.
How does payment work?
As is standard in industrial plant supply: a down payment with the order and the balance before loading — or a letter of credit. Exact terms are set out in the offer.
Do you install the line and train our operators?
Yes. Our technical team handles assembly and commissioning on site and trains your operators before handover.
